    i just got hired

    to bally total fitness!!!. I just got home from my orientation meeting, and then i got a hand shake and a welcome! They want me to work in the downtown l.a club. I will be working the front desk! I just gave my current manager my 2weeks notice. so, it'll be interesting, i just wanted to share my news with you all!!

    That is awesome! I was entertaining the thought of working at the Bally's by my house. It is either going to be in the call center or doing the front desk. They said that it starts out at $10 an hour with 50 cents more if you are bilingual. The fact that they said you will get free membership to the gym is an added bonus. Congrats once again!

    i'll be working the front desk, so basically greeting people answering phones, stuff like that! i eventually need to lose weight and start studying to become a personal trainer, so i went for this job basically as a stepping stone to become a trainer, maybe even a nutritionist

    My cousin has been going to college to be a nutritionist (she's just finishing up her junior year). She said the classes are really hard! But good luck!

    I'm happy for you, but it pisses me off. I went to college, and to know that "regular" folks are getting the position that I should have ticks me off.



    Good luck. Get serious about your knowledge, and get certified if you want more money.
