I am sitting here at my work (call center) listening to my 10 disc cd set of Disneyland - The First Fifty Years, A Retrospective and loving it, not the phone calls though. lol

I just had this intense craving for ice cream, so I went to Marble Slab Creamery (like Coldstone) and got me some.

Honestly, I feel lousy right now - had chemo on Thursday and a Neulasta injection this morning - so the idea of Ice Cream seemed to cheer me up.

I spent last night in the hospital with my best friend who collapsed Lindsay Lohan style during her birthday party. Her blood pressure plummeted and apparently she's severely anemic, and the combo knocked her out and she had a seizure, so we had to have an ambulance come to take her to the ER. They got three bags of saline solution in her in two hours--she was so severely dehydrated.

She's chairing an auction on her own and hasn't been accepting help from anyone....

So today I'm chilling between two of my daughter's soccer games and I'm doing NOTHING, because it was a life lesson--I need to sloooooow down.

Putted some easter flowers on one of my grandmother's grave, shopping at Wal-Mart & BJ's, and ate at Cracker Barrel.

I am very tired now. I may take a nap soon. It was very busy in the State of Delaware rode wise today. We even got some flurries today. Yes even flurries.

Just got back from Cost Plus, got some cool stuff for my GF's Easter Basket, Next, lunch with a buddy of mine from 4th grade, then a nap, then it's off to the Fire Station to work my Crisis Team gig.

Hmm - DH and I had a late start. Pineapple bread pudding for brunch, and now we're off to a bike ride/picnic at a local park.

Later we're planning on going to a Crate and Barrel to buy some saloon glasses and (hopefully) an espresso maker w/ leftover gift card credit.

I'm being lazy today. the lack of sleep for all last week has really caught up to. me. I will be getting dressed in about 5 minutes. I'll go to my mothers, go shopping, and then come home and finish laundry.

Work. Nobody is here and my mind is slowly going. Then its off to the city to take pictures of houses for homework. Then back to work to lock up for the night.

I played bingo with some residents at a nursing home this morning. LOVED it. I love the residents, they are so darn sweet. My favorite resident was there and was feeling good today (she has Alzheimer's), and we had a great time, smiling, laughing and WINNING at bingo.

Came home and slept and now Mr. Dkat and I are getting ready to head to my church. My HS kids are in charge of the bonfire for Easter Vigil tonight, so we go make FIRE!!!!!
