    What does your exercise routine consist of?

    Just wondering what all you micechatter's do for exercise? I know a lot of you are online a lot.Like me I fess up.

    After a crappy fall and winter at work that denied my pasttime of daily gym routines, I am, slowly, returning to my exercise regiment.

    Sunday--T'ai Chi/Qigong
    Monday--T'ai Chi/qigong in the morning before work; Chest and back weightlifting at the YMCA at night.
    Tuesday--T'ai Chi in the morning (pretty much daily--so I don't have to type it over and over again); 'spinning' class at the Y.
    Wednesday--T'ai Chi; arms lift after work
    Thursday--same as Tuesday
    Friday--T'ai Chi; either off at night or kickboxing if I'm in the mood. But I've not trained for so long that it's a bit painful to get back into the ring. So I just jump rope, punch the bag (imagining all my aggravations pasted upon it) and then head home.
    Saturady--Early morning bike ride and then legs and shoulders weightlift at the Y.

    So I'm probably not on as much as originally thought.

    I do alot of walking around campus to and from my classes and then I also Irish dance.

    usually a firm video, (it's a step, aerobic weight training thing), weight training or walk the dog..

    Here's an example of my circuit training that I do 3/4x a week. With usually two cardio days and 1-2 rest days.

    5-10 min stretch and warm-up
    Dumbbell fly 3x15
    Hack squat 3x15
    2 min cardio

    tricep 3x20
    backward lunge 3x 10 alternate
    2 min cardio

    bent over shoulder raise 3x15
    squats 3x15
    2 min cardio

    w shoulder press 3x15
    weighted crunch 3x20

    tricep kickback 3x20
    crunch twist 3x20

    10 min cardio

    I work out at Curves for Women Monday through Saturday. This Curves, which is very near my house so I walk there at 6:30 AM, opened 4 years ago this past January. I am the one there with the most work outs. I am at 990 and will reach 1,000 workouts the week after next! I am also "training" to walk in Revlon Run/Walk for women on May 11. Look for my new signature beginning tomorrow regarding this event.

    Sun- half hour of cardio then circuit
    Mon-half hour of cardio
    Tues-rest
    Wed-half hour of cardio then circuit
    Thurs-rest
    Fri-half hour of cardio then circuit
    Sat-half hour of cardio

    I go on the treadmill 3 times a week for about an hour. I do speed walking on an incline (burns a lot of calories). I end up walking about 10 miles a week as a result. But this past week I didn't have the time or the energy (was dealing with alot of work BS that took it's toll on me mentally and totally wiped me out). I plan on getting back on the treadmill on Tuesday though. Can't tonight cos I have too much laundry to do and Monday is my TV night.

    I swim for an hour on MWF and then for my job I cross the campus multiple times a day

    Wow! Kudos to all of you for your exercise routines. I might try the PEZZ Lightyear Workout, but it sounds a little advanced.

    I get most of my exercise running after the ice cream truck. And they're always out of those Strawberry Shortcakes—dang!

    I like to do a lot of things. I go to a trainer three times a week right now. I go hiking. I go swimming. I go dancing. I do other things too. That way it keeps it interesting and fun!

    I ride my bikes--a lot--about 120-200 miles/week, depending on work and weather. It's just under 4 miles from my house to the school where I work, and I will ride it almost every day. When not working, there is a club ride every day but Friday, and I will do nearly all of them.

    I also do a short weight training routine 3 days/week at a local health club.

    It's the combination of bike riding and low-fat diet that keeps my cholesterol in check (and my weight, too). If I didn't keep it up, I'd probably have to take meds.
    Have bicycle, will ride. Finished 2012 with 10,089 miles, 683 hours, and 482,000 feet of elevation gain.
    2013: 201 rides, 8171 miles, 544 hours, 480K feet.
    2014 so far: 5751 miles, 319,000 feet

    Well I swim on the weekdays. Usually we have a 500m warm up, consisting of 200 free, 200 kick, and 100 drill. Than we do a bunch of other drills and than a 300-500m warm down. Usually, the total yardage adds up to be around 1mile.
