What are there scores? If you are dealing with a power seller and they get charge backs on enough small items, it can really hurt. I'm sometimes amazed at how high rep number can get, I've seen well into the 200,000 range.

First: WOW, awesome letter. I don't see any way to argue with what you have said. It makes perfect sense to me, every word. It's probably too logical.

I actually like PayPal and use it for all my eBay purchases, but my work address is my home address, so I've had no such trouble.

I'll be interested to see what their response will be.

Since there is alot of credit card theft alot of vendors will not ship to any address other then the one registered to the credit card. You can call the credit card company and ask them to put your work address as another ship to. Now when a vendor checks your credit card they will see that they can send to two addresses and get paid. They know that its legit.

Not sure if this is your problem but hopefully it will help someone.

P.S. I have a VISA card with my dogs name on it. Its used basically to pay for anything related to animals. Vet visits, food and occassionaly he treats me to dinner at a local resturaunt!! He's a good boy!
