Let's do lunch.

Ok, so I just realised that most of you guys won't have even had breakfast yet, yet alone lunch.
But I'm on a week break from school so I'm working most days for some extra money, and I've just had the most amazing soup. I don't know if it makes a difference to the taste, but I decided to buy an organic version of Minestrone, with ingredients 'shipped freshly from Italy'. I guess its easier to get food imported from Italy here then it is in the US. Anyway, whoa. It was THE best. If I had a little crusty focaccia to go with it, man, my day would have been made. I think I appreciate lunch a bit too much, right?

So. What's everyone eating for lunch today at work? Or if you're on this early, how about breakfast?

Roasted turkey sandwich with roasted garlic and herb pita chips. And a couple oatmeal cookies for good measure
