When I was young, I used to love Orange Crush. When you drank it cold, it had a great "burn" going down. I miss that.
I also loved to have soda-slamming contests with my buddies when I worked at a service station. We would adjust the thermostat on the Pepsi machine down so low, that when you opened the soda, ice would form in the bottle. Sooo, we'd open up these 10 oz. Pepsi's and wait for the ice crystals to form and then we would have a race to see who could finish theirs first. OWWWWW.....ICE CREAM HEADACHE!!

They have regular but it's only available in "Select areas" according to their website. I've had diet and it was a bit of a letdown.

Diet Coke (preferably with Lime or Lemon - yes, I'm one of the people that likes the lemon flavor...) OR Diet Dr. Pepper when I can get it.

If a restaurant has Pepsi products, I usually avoid it (unless it's a really good restaurant), but if I really need the caffeine, I can choke down a Diet Pepsi.

Otherwise, it's water. (or booze! wheee!)

(and vanilla flavored drinks are disgusting... like a fizzy maple syrup drink. BLEH. *barfs*)

    Anything Diet works for me.
If I'm drinking something besides diet, though, it's usually either Mountain Dew or a Grape/Orange/Strawberry soda.

I thought that RedFusion was the non-Diet Cherry-Vanilla? It seemed to taste like it. I quite liked it as it reminded me of the good days of Mr. Pibb before it became Pibb X-Tra.

Barqs is Great - but their Diet version SUCKS. It almost doesn't even taste like root beer.
When I was a teen (back in the stone ages) I loved Coke. Ever since they started making it with high fructose corn syrup it tastes just yuk to me.
If you like Lime, try my favorite sugar soda - Green River. Limey lime mmmm.....

    Re: Soft Drink of Choice.

Either Barqs or Diet Vanilla Pepsi are my favorites. And lately I've found that Diet Pepsi is a million times better than Diet Coke, but regular Coke is better than regular Pepsi.

I guess it just depends on my mood.
