    Steak.

    How'd you have it done?

Mine has to be cooked thoroughly, as does any meat I eat. People shudder when I ask for my bacon to be cremated.

But yeah, steak. Well well done.

I like Med/ well. Not dry, but no pink juice! We had a great prime rib stek on the BBQ last night!

Medium rare, ribeye please, with either a dry rub, or slow cooked in a smoker with a good barcecue sauce.

Medium to medium-well, depending on the cut. And plenty of A1!

    Re: Steak.

I like bacon extra crispy, at least crispy enough to hear it crunch when I take a bite. For steak, I prefer medium rare to medium. I don't like it too red with a lot of blood, nor do I like it too tough.

When I did eat meat I would always have my steak RARE! Couldn't have it any other way, it is just so juicy and tender that way!

I like it medium - just a bit of juicy pink that must be warm.

Medium is perfect...pink enough to be very tender, but not so pink as to bleed all over my plate.
