    Muggy Day Escape?

So, all of you Southern California residents: What do you do to 'escape' these hot and muggy days? The humidity has been high, so what do you do to 'get out' of it? And also, anyone here that has an advice that isn't in SoCal, please share your ideas.

Go for a movie (Regal Theaters) and ice cream (coldstone creamery).

Go to the mall (Mall of GA).

Go to a waterpark (White Water).

We always go down to the beach. My grandmother lives in Venice and me and all my cousins bring our kids over there and let them play in the back yard. My grandma cooks up Chicken Mole and me and my cousins and uncles BBQ.

There's a marvelous invention called Central Air. You should look into it.

Where we live it isnt too bad. We have fans in all the rooms. Iced Tea helps too.

Same here!!! I work until 3:30PM Monday - Friday in a super refridgerated office. It's on automatic so it'll turn on when it gets too warm in here but I'm currently wearing a sweatshirt to keep the office cool.

But when I get off work, I stay indoors with a fan in my face. If it's really hot, we turn on the A/C. But if I didn't have to work during the day, I'd probably go to Huntington Beach - I heard they have a dog beach and I'd love to take my dog there. She's never gone swimming before. I'm probably going this weekend though.

I go to So Cal where it only gets to 95 to 97, instead of the
115 we've been getting here in Phoenix.

Very good - I do have Central Air - but I don't like to be cooped up in the house - I like to be out having fun - but the mugginess can just poop you out....so swimming and the beach sounds like the best ideas here!

    Excellent.
