So I've been having a tough time lately. I finished my teaching credential program in May 2005 and had high hopes for the future. I've spent the last 2 years working as a sub (day to day and long term) and have never gotten any job prospects. Last month I applied to a bunch of jobs in Norcal on a whim and now I've gotten a call for an interview. She wants to meet with me on Fri at 3pm....so I'm flying out there early Friday morning with my fingers crossed. I'm completely terrified because this is my first interview for a teaching position and I really don't know what I am going to say. I keep telling myself that I'm doing it for the experience and if I get the job I get the job. What do I have to lose right?
I have so much that I have to get ready tomorrow before I hop on a plane on Fri at 6:45am....oh and did I mention that I'm working tomorrow from 7am-6pm? We're taking the kids to Wild Rivers! I am going to be thoroughly exhausted! Wish me luck!
