While I would love to go spend a Sunday at Disneyland, or going antique shopping or taking photographs, he would rather play video games or, uh, play video games.
So I'm really curious: What interests and hobbies do you share with your significant other?
Well I don't know how close you are to the coast, but we enjoy driving to the beach which is about an hour and a half from where we are. Then we also have the Columbia Gorge about 45 minutes in the opposite direction. Lots of great hiking trails and waterfalls to see. We also have ready access to a couple different mountains for all your snowboarding / skiing needs. About an hour in a southernish direction. (Is southernish a word? lol)
Then in the city there's always the zoo or a museum downtown and you can never go wrong with seeing a movie. There are lots of good summer movies out right now.

Dustin and i play video games together..i've often told him if we didnt' have each other i dont' think anyone else would have us....becuase we spend the majority of our time together online gaming...but we're happy doing it
oh...and we love going to the movies and to disneyland....and Haunt...that's about the extent of our interests/hobbies
We like a lot of the same music. We love road trips. There are a few tv shows that we like watching together. We both adore our daughter!!
We both play various instruments and sometimes have little jam sessions together, which is cool

My hubby and I are best friends and as such have a lot of the same interests. Movies, certain TV shows, he likes to cook and I like to eat. Disneyland, travelling, reading.
An excellent question, so chill! I'd love to see other answers, because my DH is always remarking that the two of us are so different, yet we are still each other's best friend.
Of course, we both love Disneyland, and Hawaii and Tahoe and Europe (travel but we hate flying). We both love to eat out. We LOVE animals. Our tastes in music is slowly evolving toward each other - he is learning to really like big band music, but I still can't stand what I like to call "Old Fart Country Music" (George Jones, Ronnie Milsap, Conway Twitty, etc.) and he doesn't like what he calls "Chick Music Which All Sounds Like the Same Chick" (Natalie Merchant, Nora Jones, Nina Gordon).
I can get him to go antiquing for a bit, but not other shopping. We like sports, but different teams.I'm an Angel fan and he's an A's fan (can you believe that!) We are both big USC Trojan, Anaheim Ducks, and Oakland Raiders fans. He doesn't like to read and I love to. I hate video games, but he loves them (surprisingly, I always dust him on Buzz!). I'm usually very calm, patient, organized and pragmatic. He is definitely type A - easily excitable, emotional, impatient and very disorganized (he's the first to admit to that).
My wife and I have almost nothing in common, but we do like camping with the kids.
Boating! Love to go waterskiing, but just yesterday saw the Blue Angels from the lake. Cuddled and kissed most of the morning. Very fun!

We've tried to enjoy each other's hobbies, but, we prefer to have a little space from each other (his golf, my tennis) - we get way too competitive.
But, we both really enjoy traveling, eating out, jet skiing, movies.
Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!
