Yes, while visiting a friend on contract in Tokyo. The now demolished American Village houses were full of them. Terrified me.

I don't think I have ever actually seen a ghost. I have definitely felt the presence of a spirit, my great aunt. Her sister, my grandma, lived with us growing up, and when my aunt and uncle would come to visit, they would stay in my room. I woke up early one morning and felt her presence in my room with me. I sensed confusion, which I took to mean that she thought she was in my grandma's room, which was next door. I went into the kitchen, where my mom was, and told her to call her cousin, because I was pretty sure that Aunt Nita had passed away. She called, and sure enough, she had passed away at the time that I woke up. There was nothing scary about it. Anyway, that's my tale.

Well ever since she was murdered (I was 13 at the time) whenever we were having a family issue, emergency, etc ... we would ALWAYS smell sulfer in the area. Even Belle, who never knew this person and didn't know the sulphur stories before we got married (I didn't want to scare her) said one day (I think it was one of our first holidays) that she smelled the sulphur.
I've never seen one, but I have been in situations where I go to sleep and a figurine in the house has been moved slightly when I wake up the following morning. Stuff like that...

My Molly cat used to play chase with a very large something that wasn't there. My dbf thinks it was a mountain lion he grew up around. After Molly died, I would hear a cat purring in really odd places, places where there were no cats.
