It takes a couple minutes to get into the actual lecture, but this is a video highly worth watching. It's a college professor (and sometime Imagineer!) who is dying of pancreatic cancer, giving his last lecture. He talks about actually going for your childhood dreams. Really interesting, and does touch on Imagineering a bit.
