I usually don't do resolutions because they have been too hard to keep. That said I would just want to do what I'm doing; to keep on keepin' on minus the illnesses that were so prevalent this year.

I hate New Years resolutions. Ask anybody you know in February how they're coming along on their resolutions. They'll just look at you like this - - ->

In January 2006 I made a resolution to lose all the baby weight I had gained from having my two kids. I was 189 when I started and I am 162 now so I am still only about 1/2 way to my goal of ~135, but then I guess I didn't gain it all overnight so I am still doing ok.

Next year my goal will be to get our business up and running since I am losing my job in April.
