Anyone know where to get a cute dog collar?

Having an issue. The mutt (see my avatar. One of them is mine) has outgrown her little puppy collar and for Christmas "Santa" wants to get her a cute Nylon collar with a cute design. I am looking for something patriotic but not stars and stripes (I have seen so many stars and striped ones...). I have looked at Lolas and googled "cute dog collars." No luck. Anyone know of any place I can get something something that says "America is Awesome! We love the Navy!" that isn't the Star Spangled Banner? Like anchors would be cute (she's named after a Navy ship) or little pearls/oysters or even a cute knitting collar (we're big on playing with words at our house. When we want to talk about her, but don't want to get her attention we spell out "P-U-R-L")... I don't know. I know MCers are typically pet people so that's why I am posting this here...

Any great sites? Any greatness? Any cuteness that is hidden? I seem to lakck the cute finding gene.

Who would have thought the hardest "person" on my list would be the mutt?

I don't recall any collars with the above mentioned themes, but I got my dogs collars ta petco. Barkley's is kind of multi colored and looks boyish. My bf picked it out. I saw it, but thought it was ugly. It turns out it is not ugly on and perfect for Barkley. Cloey's is pink and white flowery print. Girly looking.

I saw I think at Petco's website the Celtic knot rainbow collar. I was really thinking "that looks like sailor knots" but I can't get that one. My lab that died 4 years ago had it. I still keep his leash and collar in my car. Is that the one Barkley wears?

Re: Anyone know where to get a cute dog collar?

I've gotten some awesome collars at Mrs. Bones. My mom had a German shepherd, so I got her a pretty collar with edelweiss...so sweet. You pick out the pattern, pick out the size, pick out the type of latch...pretty much put together your own collar. And the quality is top-notch, too. You won't be disappointed...of course, it's more than you would spend at Petco, but...

I am the queen of online dog shopping, er, looking and wanting (my poor chihuahua has several pieces of clothing)
I love to look at www.trixieandpeanut.com, www.glamourdog.com, and www.pamperedpuppy.com.
But, honest to goodness, I don't buy a LOT! Just some!

Come down to Corona for the day, Kim. Go Star Struck Grooming (where we used to take Lilly) off Ontario (near Von's). They have cute stuff and they are just wonderful people (they were the ones that discovered the first tumor on Lilly).

Here's their site: http://www.starstruckgrooming.com/index.html

So I showed Mom a few of the cute ones I approved of, and we're thinking...

Re: Anyone know where to get a cute dog collar?

Forget all those sites. The be all and end all of collars is:

www.collarmania.com

Excellent quality, unbeatable pricing, and Lisa, the woman who makes them, couldn't be more helpful. You tell her what she wants, she'll get it for you.
