Exclamation In N Out open on New Year's Day?

My parents and I will be traveling to California on January 1st and In N Out is a regular stop for us. Does anyone know if they are open on New Year's Day? I couldn't seem to find any info on their website. Thanks.

I don't see why they wouldn't be. Most retail and food places are open on New Years day.

Haven't been in awhile, so not sure of their holiday hours.

When I worked food service we were only allowed to be closed 2 days. The franchise didn't care which 2 days (Groundhogs Day and owner's daughter's best friend's sister's birthday for all they cared), but most had reduced hours on the holidays and then Turkey day and Christmas day. So they'll probably be open.

Re: In N Out open on New Year's Day?

The website says they are open 10:30 AM - 1:00 AM, and to 1:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays... nothing about which days they are closed, so I'm assuming they will be open. If you're really concerned, here's the In N Out service number:
    1-800-786-1000

Enjoy your prospective meals... mmmm Animal fries. *Homer drool*

I cant see any reason for them to close. I don't think people need to be home with there family on the day of the new year.

I think I've been to In N Out on New Year's, so my guess is they should be. But in California... who knows?

Clinks, this is wrong on so many levels. I have not had In n out since Jan 07 and will not have it until Dec 08.....you so should go there. I miss my in n out.

The only days in n out closes are Thanksgiving and Christmas. Enjoy a burger for me!!!!!

I swear I must be the only person who thinks In & Out is extremely overrated
