Happy Birthday to my fellow "Ides of March" guys and gals!

I notice that there were a few of us who celebrate our day of birth on the day of Caesar's assasination. "Beware the Ides of March!" But I've noticed lately that many people are not familiar with that phrase. They just don't teach Shakespeare today like they use to.

    Happy Birthday March 15thers!

    Happy birthday to all
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

    Happy birthday!!!!

it IS a shame they don't teach Shakespeare more. My daughter is named after one of his plays. LOVE Shakespeare.

    Juliet

I realized last year a weird coincidence....after we were married, we walked down the aisle to the theme song from the old movie..(a time for us). I hadn't realized the connection before last year.

    Happy Birthday all!

I DO teach Shakespeare, and I DO teach Julius Caesar, so there are people who do teach it still. No need to make it all inclusive.
