I bought it the day it came out. There's a new intro to the movie, some big names (Peter Jackson and George Lucas) talking aobut how influential it was. There's a game called The Claw that I havent' had a chance to play. A few deleted scenes and two alternative introductions (instead of the One-Eyed Bart hold up). I thought it was pretty well done. More on par with the Nemo/Monsters/Incredibles offerings. If you like those DVD features, then it's definitely worth buying. Plus you get the sneak peak at Cars (which is another thing I haven't gotten around to watching - I can't seem to get hyped up for it).
There was the announcement (in the form of a coupon) of the Toy Story 2 2-disc release on Dec. 27 I believe.
The King is back and he's ready to kick some tail. Do not mess with a mouse in black.
I didn't buy it. I thought the Ultimate Toy Box was so well done I couldn't justify ANOTHER purchase just for the bonus features (and apparently a better transfer, I can't imagine how it could have improved!)
I am going to try to rent it.
