WALL-E wins Best Picture - L.A. Film Critics

From L.A. critics wired for 'Wall-E' - Entertainment News, Award Central News, Media - Variety

Disney/Pixar’s robot love story "Wall-E" was named best picture of the year by the Los Angeles Film Critics Assn. on Tuesday, marking the first time in the org’s 33-year history that an animated film has taken the top prize.
tick tock tick tock madness comes tonight
    what's reality compared to me
I rest on the bed and I'm sure I slowly get mad
I'm in a state of mind which makes me blind
for the fact that I'm a man
I'm here to stay forever but not today

    Nice, Aladdin!

Maybe now Wall-E will be a serious contender for the Best Motion Picture Oscar.

Awesome news. Hope Wall-E goes all the way

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

And yet the Golden Globe goons didn't pick it for even a nomination for best motion picture musical/comdey. We all know Mamma Mia! is better, right?
