Haunted Mansion concept art

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knew what medium was used for the majority of the Haunted Mansion movie concept art. There are a lot of beautiful, fully shaded black-and-white sketches depicting the mansion and its interior. I can't tell if they're pencil, digital paintings, or something else altogether. Anyone know?

Check out the making of the film book, typically w/ the production stills, storyboard illustrations, etc. there's some type of credits and info given. Or check with the Disney Gallery, they should have the information.
