When you work for Disney/Disney Store what type of admission do you get to the parks? Do you count as one of the 3 free passes?

I am a Regular Cast Member, and get four one day Park Hoppers per year. Two during the summer, and two during the winter.

Yeah you don't have the admission to the parks like a park CM would (you can go anytime) unless you're an Assistant Manager or Store Manager (then I think you have a silver pass)
As a regular CM you get the 4 passes mailed to you.
