I wouldn't worry about the parks. As for the Disney Stores, I fear they will be very short-lived if things do not soon turn around. Disney has so many different subsidiaries and franchises.... some of them are bound to flop sooner or later.....

the way the economy is right now, should we be worrying about The Disney Company?????
No. Stock price will drop a bit, revenues might slacken. Parts (not parks) might get sold off to a high enough bidder (CapCities would still fetch a fortune, if TimeWarner had enough resources to buy).
They'll keep making films, and people will still go and still buy the DVDs.

as far as I know abc/cap cities is still part of disney(except for a large portion of the radio broadcasting division. abc/cap cities still owns the espn and radio disney stations)
espn is still owned by disney.
the best way to determine this is check the online wikipedia (can be found via google) using the search words disney company, and you will find a complete listing of all companies/holdings owned by The Disney Company.
