    Phil Spector found guilty of Second Degree Murder

    In the second trial (the first trial was hung 10-2 in favor of guilty), the jury found Phil Spector Guilty of 2nd Degree Murder, even though they had the option (not available in the 1st trial) of a lesser charge.

    I believe the man killed her, and I believe he has been dangerous for a very long time.

    what a strange little man. I think justice was served this time around, but the damage done can never be undone for Lana Clarkson's family.
