    Lets talk Muppets!!!

OKay, I am such a big Muppets that I can not describe it. So I created this thread to allow the people to have the freedom to talk about anything they want as long as it has to do with the muppets, fraggle rock, or sesame street.

It can be from favorite/worst songs, favorite/worst characters, most inspirational songs, what jim henson show is the best etc.

I love Statler, Waldorf, & Swedish Chef. I love rainbow connection and other Muppets songs. I have not seen Fraggle Rock lately. Etc.

Just feel free to discuss any random muppets topic here.

Can't wait for the widescreen DVDs to come out of the movies! We really liked the Muppets Oz - classic muppet stuff.

The person doing the voices for Piggy and Fozzie is really close to Frank Oz - maybe he is finished with doing voices?

Anyway, you are not alone. The Muppets are classic, and I am looking forward to new shows and movies.

    Re: Lets talk Muppets!!!

Man I loved the Muppets as a kid! I lived for the evening the Muppet Show was on. The Muppet Show really represents all that was good about the late 70's. Okay, maybe all that was bad too, LOL.

I can't think of a single favorite muppet, but I love Beaker, Gonzo, Animal and the big huge fuzzy dude that comes out at the end of MuppetVision at DCA (can't remember his name). Now that Disney "owns" the Muppets, I really wish they would do more marketing with them, more products, etc.

Fraggle Rock was awesome too! I loved the little guys who built stuff out of those edible 2x4's.

I have three ringtones on my cellphone... one is the theme to the Muppets, and one is the theme to Fraggle Rock! The third, I'm almost embarrased to say, is the theme from Knight Rider.

    Man I'm old!!

I loved the Muppets tv show. I remember I had the Muppets Show colorforms. It had the stage and tons of colorforms. Wish I still had it. My son is getting into the Muppets. He likes the episode with Luke Skywalker and others from Star Wars. Did anyone like Muppets Tonight?

Loved it! I have them all on VHS - hoping they get released on DVD someday. They did a skit from Seinfeld and Muppet babies that was just cuuulllaaasssiiccc!
