Maybe our luck will change now that we are coming back to Fenway.

Happy, Happy, Happy, here in Chicago. We will wait patiently to see, whether the Angels will finish off the Yankees and play the White Sox for the American League Championship.
I admit, I didn't think, the White Sox would get this far. Happy to be eating a little crow this morning.
Happy for the diehard Sox fans. I know a lot of those.

Watching the Angels/Yankees game last night I realized that my conversion to Californian is complete - I found myself routing for the Angles. The funny part is my California-born daughter - who is the die hard baseball fan in the family - was routing for the Yankees.

this born and raised californian has NEVER routed for a californa team....LOL
My original thought was that at least my daughter is in good company, but she used to root for the Dodgers before they got rid of Shawn Green. Of coarse, the Dodgers are also transplanted New Yorkers.
I'm routing for the yankees and if they loose any team that plays against the angels will have my support....LOL...last time the angels played the giants I was watchign it in DTD. There was me and one other lady routing for the giants....I left before i got jumped by angel fans....LOL

My prediction for this World Series is that it will be Yankees vs. Cardinals and Yankees will win 4-2.

The winner of the Angels/Yankees series (ie, the Yankees) will face off The White Sox for the AL win.
Houston is going to face off with St. Louis for the NL win.
The AL & NL winner will then face off in the World Series.
