Fantastic Mr. Fox 11/13/09

Hey there everybody, while there may be a lack of family films over this Summer...here's one to look forward to in the fall.

Wes Anderson is doing an adaptation of one of Roald Dahl's cherished books, Fantastic Mr. Fox.

This is going to be a stop motion animated film and should be released November 13, 2009. It will feature the voices of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Anjelica Huston and Bill Murray. (Clooney as Mr. Fox, Streep as Mrs. Fox, Murray as Mr. Badger...and Huston's character hasn't been released yet.)

Aintitcool news has recently posted a couple pics, and I have to say it looks pretty stunning for a stop motion film.

Looks interesting, haven't seen a stop motion film in a long time, and this looks like it might be pretty good! I'll probably end up seeing it with my family during opening weekend or so.

Have you not seen Coraline? If not, I suggest you do, it's a great movie.

Wes Anderson usually makes really good movies, this looks to be no different. I'm excited for this!
