Thumbs up Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

I can't wait for Friday. This movie sounds like a winner.

I'm a huge fan of Nick Park.

Anyone going to see it? If you do, tell us about it here.

I'd like to, but I doubt I'll get to it. I will rent it though
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I'm definitely going to see this. I'm a fan of W&G! I'll give you my review when I actually get out and see it.
Well, light travels from the sun. Then, bounces off of our planet, and back into our eyes so we can perceive color. My body can intercept that light and dance around on it!

I remember the Wallace cartoons. Nice to see the two back on the big screen again.

Forbes estimated that it will gross approx. 65 million domesticly in the Box Office... The film apparently cost Dreamworks Animation 68 million...

I am hoping that it will do better than that... Wallace and Grommit enjoy a huge cult following...

Is it wrong that I have absolutely no interest in seeing this movie?

The ONLY reason I would think of seeing it would be to see the Penguins from Madagascar short movie that's playing with it.

Lovely Film, I love the 'Close Shave' homeage with Grommit flying the plane. I just wish there was a reference to the moon robot, Feathers McGraw or Wendelene (sp?).

Loved it! I won't spoil it, but I though it was great for both adults and kids. The length was just right, the inventions as clever as always, and the animation... I'm always so amazed by Grommit. He never says anything and yet you can tell exactly what he is thinking. Genius!

Re: Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

I saw this a couple of nights ago at an industry screening. We have seen every single animated film that has come out this year, and Wallace and Gromit is, far and away, the BEST. We were laughing so hard all the way through it that our faces hurt. It has what most of the other movies this past year have been seriously lacking -- GOOD WRITING.

If you don't go see this movie as soon as possible, you are doing yourself a great dis-service. It is absolutely brilliant, and easily the best time I've had at the movies all year (animated or otherwise). No previous W&G experience is necessary, and it is appropriate for all age groups. I cannot recommend this highly enough.
