They have already told there management people they are cutting any and all ties to AB. At Seaworld SD they have already started moving the Clysedales out. Rumored that soon that area will become Santa's Village by December.
The IPO probably wouldn't happen for at least 5 years. A-BI will retain pouring rights in the parks.
