OMG, there are so many misspellings and grammatical errors in that listing. I would not buy anything from that listing agent.

I never made a listing agents' spelling a criteria in viewing a listing!

The house is really cute, I love that style. I wonder what the area is like.

Good thing, too, because most listing agents spell worse than a three-year-old.

Interesting that the listing doesn't mention Walt at all. Although I'm sure that's the reason the price is so high.

$769,000 for a 2 bedroom / 1 bath home??? Even considering it's history that's outrageous. And I thought I lived in an overpriced neighborhood!

It's in LA. All houses are pricey in LA. I think it will probably sell in the in 580k range though.

Re: Walt Disney's first L.A. home for sale

I'm no expert in that neighborhood, but it still seems overpriced. By the way, two blocks away is the original Disney studio, now a copy/fax shop.

And it's horrendous how poorly many listings are written. I've seen listings for million dollar homes that were just riddled with blatant spelling/grammatical errors. Count your blessings that at least it wasn't written in all caps.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...
