    Golden Globes

Who is going to be watching? I plan to watch from start to finish (don't have work on Monday!!)

I am really hoping Up In The Air takes home an award!

It's pretty funny. And the GGs separate comedies/musicals from dramas.
And those other comedies don't seem so great.

Because it is one of the best rated R comedy movies ever made. I hope Hangover takes home all the awards it's nominated for because it truly is one of the best movies I have ever seen. To me, my top three favorite movies are Dark Knight, Sweeney Todd, and Hangover. Love them!!!

I used to watch the Globes, I probably won't this year although I do like Ricky Gervais. I just get tired of watching actors congratulate other actors on how fabulous they all are.

    Best Animated Feature...

    Spoiler
    UP wins!!!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I have to watch, I'm on Globe assignment tonight, but the other type of globes ... I'm working on fashions tonight, who wore what. Trying to catch some of the show at the same time.

    Re: Golden Globes

best NBC blasting joke so far imho:

Tom Hanks on the red carpet when asked about the rain:
"NBC said it was going to rain at 10, but then changed it to 1130"
Will there be screams when the sun sets,

The speeches are a bit much. They should give them 20 seconds max....
