The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that several foreign workers are suing The Swan and Dolphin Resort at WDW, saying that they were not paid for a months worth of work. The workers (room cleaners and launderers) were never hired by the resort though, but were instead hired by a third party contractor, Very Reliable Services.
The contractor however, shut down its operations in December after finding out that itís the target of an investigation by the Departments of Labor and Homeland Security for visa-fraud, leaving all its employees paycheck-less. Will the Swan and Dolphin be forced to pay? For more on this story, please go to: Visa fraud investigation: Foreign workers sue Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Westin Imagine - OrlandoSentinel.com
