Battlefront II excites me far more than Sith... And I've bought and re-bought far too many re-packaged versions of SW over the years to run out and get it now. We all know a 6-pack will be hitting shelves soon. Then a Director's cut 6-pack... Then a Director's Cut Special Edition 6-pack... Then a Collector's Edition Director's Cut Special Edition... Then a Collector's Edition Director's Cut Special Edition with Vader bust... Then..... Well, you get the idea...

I am placing it on our Christmas list for the inlaws. We have been watching it since the day we got back form seeing it in the theaters. Once we get it I will give back the copy of the one we have been watching.

I was watching the DVD last week, and the special features hints at a "revised" edition, one that may include back stories to new characters, and my even hint at Luke's eventual turn to the darkside...

So heck no I'm not buying this DVD! :P

I'm still not over the pain of watching Anakin turn to the dark side. I know, I know...we all knew he was going to do it, but it was very difficult to watch. I'm just a raw walking bag of emotional womanhood.

So yes, I'll probably end up buying it to complete the set. But it will be a while before I'm able to watch it again.

Don't forget the Star Tours Special Collector's edition that will be sold exclusively in Disneyland. Also, the Ewoks Special Edition which will include Caravan of Courage and the Battle for Endor.

Also coming this Chirstmas is the Star Wars Holiday Special Collector's Edition which will include a restored and remasterd version of the Star Wars Holiday Special. This version will include never before seen CGI enhancements of Bea Arthur and Harvey Korman. With advanced technology at Skywalker Sound they managed to make Carrie Fisher singing sound like Britney Spears so they could target a younger audience.

(We all grabbed dinner tonight at McDonalds, between 6 adults, and 8 kids before trick-or-treating,, We ended up with almost $30 in BB-Bucks! We just kept getting $3 ones!)
