First off, SaveDisney.com closed a couple of months ago....
Second, Michael Eisner resigned from the board at the end of September, the same time he stopped bring CEO.

DB, take a look at that web sit again, it says

notice the extra "D"
looks similar to Roys site, but with less bite.
