Movie Sequence That Affects You Most?

In terms of, emotional involvement/sadness, to be specific. We aren't talking about sadness in the "Why did I rent Popeye with Robin Williams, that was awful" sense, either So, which one is it that you can't help but be moved by during the "sad parts"?

I must admit, mine still is Toy Story 2. Exquisitely made and fun film that just happens to have one of the most heart-breaking and sad sequences ever made, in my opinion. I don't quite tear up over it or anything, but it is sort of "chilling" and effective this can be in terms of emotional involvement on part of the audience:

I still can't watch Bambi:

Bambi: Mother? Mother?
[searches frantically for his mother. Suddenly he stops, because he is startled by what he sees. It is The Great Prince of the Forest]
Great Prince of the Forest: Your mother can't be with you anymore.
Bambi: [closes his eyes and bows his head as a single tear comes out of his eye]
Great Prince of the Forest: Come, my son.

There are a ton of movie scenes that affect me. I can't name them all, but from a Disney film, in Pinocchio, the donkey scenes always get to me.

Also, this may sound silly, but in Little Mermaid when Triton is destroying Ariel's grotto. That was a little nerve-racking as a kid.
