The Da Vinci Code trailer secret site?

E.T. ran a portion of it last night and has the full trailer tonight, in the meantime:

Secret Site in The Da Vinci Code Trailer

If you've had a chance to watch the new trailer for Columbia Pictures' The Da Vinci Code, you might have noticed a flashing word and letters at the end.

Check out the letters that are highlighted at the end of the presentation. The Word SEEK and the letters: T H S E C D E O

Unscramle this and it reads: SEEK THE CODES

    SeektheCodes.com

Looks like some regular schmoes website BLOG, right? Wrong! I checked out the domain registration. It's registered to Sony Pictures Entertainment. This is the first riddle in a string that starts with the trailer!

    Cool, eh?

Cool indeed, be sure to check out the trailer and visit this new site.

Re: The Da Vinci Code trailer secret site?

Good & interesting article on the upcoming film:

Newsweek is taking you behind-the-scenes of next year's anticipated The Da Vinci Code, directed by Ron Howard and starring Tom Hanks. Here's a clip from the article, which talks about the shooting of the film and includes new photos:

For inspiration, Howard has revisited classic thrillers with spiritual elements, such as "The Exorcist" and "Rosemary's Baby," as well as movies in which action springs from conversation, as in "All the President's Men." His goal is to duplicate the experience of reading the book—no small task, considering that Brown's tale unfolds in real time over the course of 20 hours and —that the movie will run less than three. Plenty will be omitted, but Howard insists nothing dear has been lost. He's made a believer out of Brown. "The novelist is always the adaptation's most skeptical audience," the press-shy author said in a statement to Newsweek, "but I think this movie will blow people away. I truly believe moviegoers will come out of the theater feeling like they've just watched the novel."

You can read the full, three-page article here. Columbia Pictures is releasing The Da Vinci Code on May 19.
