I hope Disney animation can prevail, with the Orlando shop shutting down and the overall donsizing its amazing there even is any animators around!

Pixar keeps outdoing itself,(Cars looks like a bit hit) its no wonder Eisner wants so much more from them, and interestingly enough Eisner had no interest in Pixar technology when it first came out, like many other ideas or films (LOTR, Harry Potter,CSI) that were recently described in Disneywar, and then he tries to get the better of Steve Jobs.
Anyhow my two cents, I like Dinosaur, loved Tarzan, not overly impessed with Atlantis (it should have looked more like Treasure Planet) very impressed with TP's "look" and the backgrounds of Stitch makes me puke.

Its good to hear from the real artists though...
Good luck on your future projects!

Maybe I'm wacko, but I'm willing to give Iger a shot.

You never know, he could be so willing to get out of Eisner's shadow that he will do some amazing things.

Only time will tell. At least he's not as 'assertive' as Eisner and if he doesn't do a good job it won't be hard to get rid of him.

I think the first things he needs to do are:

    Negotiate a deal with Pixar

    Stop with the Sequels

If he does those 2 things I will be happy.

I think he should put a shock collar on Eisner....that way everytime Eisner opens his mouth Iger can just press the little button....

Iger has already annouced that he will not be adding anything to WDW and he wants to try and renew the contract with Miramax. That makes him bad in my book.
