If I start now will I be "LOST"?

Christmas Morning I downloaded the 1st Season premeir of "Lost" on to my iPod, it was so good that I downloaded the next three episodes. I'd never seen it on TV, I was never really interested, well.. now I am. Would I be completly lost if I started watching the series on TV with the show now well into it's 2nd season?

with the availability of all the episodes on itunes, i think you could pick back up with the rest of the shows viewers. My only concern would be the butt-load of money your gonna have to spend to download them all. But it's your money.....enjoy.

Exactly, it would take a lot of time and money. I've missed well over 25 episodes that are $2.00 each and 45 minutes long.

Well, there are a few options for you.
1. Buy the eps from itunes.
2. Wait for reruns to air in the next offseason.
3. There are rumors flying around that some more companys will start to allow shows to stream or download for a single monthly fee. (new itunes competition).
4. Use a P2P network and search for eps to download.
5. Find a friend/stranger who has the epidoes on tape or PC and ask pretty please if you can borrow them.
6. Forget about the show.

You will get hooked if you start watching it now- get the first season on DVD to catch you up. If you cant wait for reruns, then you can go to www.televisionwithoutpity.com and read their recaps, that will at least fill you in on what has happened so you know whats going on. You just missed all the reruns they showed in November and December, but they will show them again.

psst: they also do re-runs all the time... if you wait until summer they will probably do the whole season again (they did that last summer) but I (obviously) cant promis that (but by then it will be on DVD way cheaper to rent then to download...)

We JUST got caught up!! We got season 1 from netflix, the begining of season 2 on itunes and just watched the last two episodes.

I AM NOW LOST!!!

Does that make me one of "the others"?

Also, in two weeks before the new epsiode, I believe they are doing a recap show of everything that has happened thus far. Remember, it's also been about 5-6 weeks before any new episodes have aired, so a lot of us have forgotten what's gone on.

Do it! I can't rave enough about this show! I suggest you rent Season 1 on DVD. It is so addicting you could easily want to watch it straight thru!

Wow, thank you everyone. I've showed my brother and a few friends the first few episods and now we are all hooked. I'll for sure go rent the episodes I've missed on DVD. Thanks again Oh and thanks for the site Dramaqueen, that will be very helpful.

Defintely get the first season on DVD like everyone said then you can watch it to your heart's content

I bought the first season on DVD about two weeks before the second season began in September. Then I paced the house waiting for the season to start. I don't know how everyone else managed, waiting the entire summer. I was a wreck for ten days. Drove everyone crazy!!

We have taped every show this season so far. It's a terrible copy, but I'd be happy to figure out a way to copy/send it to you. Then you'd be caught up. Always happy to recruit a new Lostie!!
