I have a dream
A song to sing
To help me cope
Trough everything
If you see the wonder
of a FairyTale
You can take the future
even if you fail...
I believe in Angels
Something good in everything I see
I believe in Angels
When I know the time is right for me...
I'll cross the stream.... I have a dream
How many times have I seen this show? 4 I think. 4.
Loved it so much I used the logo as my tattoo!
A signature should go here.
I've seen it twice so far. You know, I have to admit, I didn't fall in love with it. It was very good, but not all it was cracked up to be. Not sure why. Artistically it was very visually amazing...but maybe emotionally just not there.
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
Marge: Pink.
Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"
I've missed it when it came here.
Got the soundtrack when it was first released years ago... love it. One of my fave broadway cast recordings.![]()

Ah, saw this one in Seattle a year ago, and again down here in San Diego a couple of weeks ago. Love it! "Endless Night" and "He Lives in You" are two of my favorite songs!![]()

I saw it when I was in New York and absolutely loved it! The music, the acting, everything was just top notch for me ... I so cried when Mufasa died ...
I also love those... and I do think it is also emotionally beautiful... I also cried when Mufasa dies... and I don't cry when I see the movie... but here I did... maybe because they show the funeral and everythingOriginally Posted by xfkirsten
And I'd never, ever cried in theater... and this show made me cry... I just absolutely love it!!!!!

We've seen the show a few times in L.A., but we're seeing it on Broadway in May, and we're taking my niece. We're also going to do the tour of the theatre, and I'm really looking forward to that.
I cried when I saw it in New York. The Lion King is my favorite animated. I remember when I first heard about the show and was thrilled with all the Tony's won. So, when I finally made it to New York in early '01... I cried when the show started.
Saw it again with my husband in '02. It's more or less because of TLK that we met so that was an awesome experience as well.
My favorite part is the Hunt. It's all amazing but I love watching Nala learn to hunt.
I loved it when I saw it, I saw it in Minneapolis in testing before it ever went to Broadway, so they could have made a few changes since I saw it, since it was still being tweaked, they had us fill out questionaires after like a moving screening, anyways, I think it's amazing visually, obviously it's a little abstract in ways, but I thought it was really well done.
