As 12-year-old Jamie Gildenberg watched actress Sabrina Bryan bop, slide and hip-hop across the television screen in an exercise DVD designed for girls like her, she had one reaction:

"I love her," said Jamie, who's a fan of Bryan's work on the Disney Channel's "The Cheetah Girls."

Released last month, "BYOU" is 93 minutes of dance exercise and fun aimed at the tween set, girls 8 to 12 years old, who are at a vulnerable age for weight gain and lack of activity.
