I hope no one is dumb enough to buy it off of E-bay. The Vons near my house sells it for way less then $5.50 AND it doesn't need to be shipped.

If you live in another country where they don't sell it then ebay is the place to be.

PS. Had it and was in a sugar coma for half the day.

This cereal has been on the shelf at our grocery store for at least a month or more now. They almost sucked me into buying some "just because it's POTC", but then my brain kicked in. I don't like chocolatey cereals, and i'm also not a fan of marshmellowy cereals. Makes no sense wasting the $3 for me.

I just bought the fruit snacks for my son today. He says they are pretty good. I'm surprised they are out this early and not closer to the time the movie comes out.

My friend and I flipped when we saw it the other day and bought it for our weekend road trip.
It's like Cocoa Puffs mixed with Lucky Charms and with a sexy Johnny Depp on the cover....we'll ignore the fact that I'm probably shelling out an extra 5 dollars for it. Overal I liked it (and not just cause I'm a crazy fan girl because my friends who aren't as crazed as myself liked ther cereal itself as well)

Wolfette loves the fruit snacks! Got them for $1.00 a box a few weeks ago at Albertsons. Should have bought more! Haven't seen the cereal yet.....must go to the store today!
Mom, remember, it's not what a person is like on the outside that counts,

I just stopped by Albertson's last night, the fruit snacks
were also a buck a box, but the cereal was $4. . . . eeeekss

Stopped by WalMart tonight, the cereal was only $2.50 a box.

It's POTC yogurt, not fruit snacks!

I'm just kidding. But seriously, this is too much. It's so pointless to make Disney food products. I mean, who is going to buy Dead Man's Chest coco balls cereal? [smilie=1,22,5]

After looking at Capt Jack on the box of cereal,
I noticed that his mouth is closed on every single
picture of him. The cereal people probably didn't
want him showing his gold capped teeth:

"Hey, Kids!!! Eat this cereal and your teeth can
rot and have to be capped, just like Jack's!:

    hahahaha

I went on an M & M treasure hunt, since Dusty said
found the white pearl M & M's. Treasure was found
at Wal Mart. They also have specially marked
peanut M & M's, called Pirates Gold, they are yellow
and ivory colored. They also have special packages
    of regular milk chocolate M & M's.

At Target, Pirates DMC merchandise was foun in the
toy area. There is a treasure chest, with a variety
of toys, including the compass. There is also
a kid's dress up kit. And also, there is also a Skull and
Crossbones Room guard, that talks and/or tells jokes.
It can be hung on a door or wall, or set on a shelf.

We have the cereal and the fruit snacks.
Yesterday my youngest got the Gold Coin Candy and the oldest got chocolate cannonballs, both POTC themed.

At Target I saw 4 types of POTC toys that I hadn't seen before, one was a pirate dressup set, I KNOW my 7 year old is going to want!
