Let him know we want the Mickey Mouse Club, Zorro, Disneyland, Walt Disney Presents, Wonderful World of Color/Disney, Ink and Paint Club, Disney Family Album, People and Places and the wonderful vintage Disney movies. Please tell your friends and don't let up until they comply with us. I know I for one want to watch the wonderful shows I grew up with and let my kids see them as well.

Have them create a separate new channel instead, dedicated to classic Disney programming. The original Disney channel is gone forever into Yesterland. Programming dedicated to kids and "tweens" is all you'll ever see. What we need is something like Nick-at-Nite, but with the classic programming.

BTW-my two favorites were Big John Studd and the Iron Shek. I also liked the American Dream. His interviews were classic with that Southern drawl of his.

I don't know if they have the bandwidth or the money to budget for a whole new channel. I would be happy with four hours a night on the Disney Channel. Even late at night would work.

I would be happy as well with four hours...but why wouldn't they be able to create another channel....there's already ToonDisney, ABC Family, several other such cable channels, about 85 different ESPNs now...;)
including ESPN Classic. I've suggested the Disney Classic Channel in a couple of other threads, and stand by it. E-mail sent.

Its all very well campaigning for a Vault Disney on your Disney Channel. The UK Disney Channel never had Vault Disney in the first place. :(
