I was checking out what concerts are scheduled for the upcoming Summer Season at the Bowl and was thrilled to see that selections from Fantasia's score will be played by the LA Phil, along with scenes from the movie projected on big screens!
It should be an amazing concert!

sounds very cool, wish we lived closer, well actually, wish the Bowl was closer to OC. Though, it's just about a week before we'll be at the Bowl for Dave Matthews Band, so who knows.

Incidentally, ticketmaster (or, as I call it, ticketb@$tard) now handles the "encore" program, but you can still do as I suggested and build your own season, thus avoiding hefty individual concert "inconvenience fees". You just pay one fee, once for everything you're ordering.
