I know it is early to judge, but it looks like everything else out there. The animation doesn't even look good. But that's just me.

Looks very good to me!
Well just watched the trailer with one eyebrow raised, a "huh" expression on my face.. and a ...welllll...ooookkkkkkayyyyy. Just not impressed at all.
(Especially after finally getting to see Howl's Moving Castle last night) I miss Disney's 2-D animation!!!!!!!![]()
I think it looks pretty good. I like the character designs.
I hope that I'm wrong, but the Animation looks like it's going to be on par with that of Chicken Little. The problem is they havent tried to innovate like back in the Good Old Days - they just got off the shelf products and hacked it together.
No trailer has ever caught me the same way the teaser trailer did for the Incredibles.

Really? That one never did it for me. It was too awkward.
Cars hadn't really turned me on for a while but the latest trailer finally got me interested.
This animation looks far better than Chicken Little.
again, this is only a teaser. I remember when the cars teasers came out and many were skeptical at that time.
plus, the story to the film is being re-worked for the better anyway, with guidance by the new leaders who definitely know what they are doing.
Sucks. But I heard this is the "pre-Lasseter coming on board" version.
I like it.![]()

(VERY OLD!) TRIP REPORTS
Regarding the character design, Disney has been pretty faithful to the original illustrations in the book by Willam Joyce. Here are a couple of scans of Joyce's artwork:
"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

When you wish upon a star your dreams come true.
Hmm, could have potential, the teaser doesn't give too much away.
I am I the only one that finds it absurd that we're getting a teaser for a non-blockbuster movie almost 12 months ahead of release?
...at least there's "Todayland"![]()
