A look at WDW's Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

SPECIAL TO NEWSDAY

A typical weekend afternoon, and there they are: A half-dozen or so females, seated at styling stations, their bodies covered by capes, having their hair done.

But there is something different about this scene. These females aren't women or even teens. None of them, in fact, looks more than 6 or 7.

Welcome to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the World of Disney store in the Downtown Disney Marketplace at Walt Disney World. It is here that, since early April, girls ages 3 and up have been able to select the Coach Package, which includes hair styling and "shimmering" makeup for $35, or the Crown Package, which includes nails, for an additional $10.

If a girl wants the full bibbidi-bobbidi business, she can opt for the Castle Package, which includes all of the above plus "a complete child-size costume with accessories" and photos. That'll run her, or her parents, the princely, or princessly, sum of at least $175.
