    Treasure Hunters....

Okay, I'm hooked! The mullet guy is cracking me up! Can't believe how the pastor's family is playing -- stealing the clue right from the girl's hand!?!? That was low!

I saw the last 10 min or so. I wasn't too impressed, but maybe to see it from the beginning would get me hooked. Great premise though. I'm hopeful.
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
    Marge: Pink.
    Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

Yeah the pastor's family was something. I loved the care and concern they showed their daughter with the "broken thumb". (That was them, wasn't it?) That was awful! For some reason I wasn't surprised about their behavior though.

I love this show also, wasnt sure I was going to like it, but it almost
reminds me of the amazing race. I loved it when the 2 groups of teams
met up in Lincoln, the looks on all their faces were priceless!!!

cant wait until the next episode!!

Tink, I think they are doing a summary episode the hour before next Monday's one.

I thought the meet up at the statue looked too staged.

I was also wondering if they would show it on CNBC, but I havn't been motivated enough to look.

I am still not too sure I enjoyed it or not. I only caught the last 45 minutes. Since they are putting its regular time slot at the same time as Hell's Kitchen I would have to tape it to watch...I'm just not sure if it is worth the trouble.

Finally got around to watching this week's episode last night! I can't stand the Fogals!! They made a big deal about stopping at the 13th star and then took off after the other teams did stop! The daughter is too whiny -- carry your own dang canoe! And then they "prayed" for the other teams!?!?

The mullet team is a bunch of idiots! 11 hours in the cave!?!?!? I soooo wish they had been the ones eliminated!

LOL! I love this show! The Fogals are so awful, I can't believe that he's a pastor! They are such bad representatives of the Christian faith.

The hillbilly guys are so stupid, they spent 11 hours in the mine for Peet's sake! It cracked me up when one of the Miss USA girls said that she thought the mullet was sexy! yuck.

I'n guessing the Air Force or the Ex CIA is gunna win. Those Air Force guys are HOT!

    TEAM AIR FORCE!!

this week was better, but still.. the editing was HORRIBLE! At least TAR shows everyone getting the clues and all.

    But i'm getting hooked
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

It seems like the first team to figure out the clues is usually the one to do all the hardwork. Why did all the papers have to be buried in the same box all 40 paces behind the star. That meant one team dug it up and made it easy for the other teams to find and dig up. Thats the thing that bugs me the most about the show, they can advance with just mooching of the other teams. Not collaborating with the teams just standing next to them can get them through.
