Counting ONLY theatrical releases, I have a problem classifying any Disney movie to be unbearable except for Cars. Whyfor? Because it completely underperformed and was a disappointment to everyone associated with the Walt Disney Company.![]()

I guess I'll hop on the bandwagon and say Haunted Mansion. Also, every original Disney Channel TV movie ever.
Stop with the sequels!!! AWWWHHH! If all you can do is take a Disney Classic for example: The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, etc., and all you can do is recreate the storyline, or in the case of the Little Mermaid, reverse the storyline (Ariel wants to leave the sea, daughter wants to live in the sea), what is the point of storytelling. Isn't that what Disney is famous for, in the parks or on the silver screen, its about the story. Many people (mostly not true Disney Die-hards like us) think that 2D animation drawn the classic way is the old, wrong way and that 3D and other computer generated movies are in. Doesn't the soul of a movie come from its story, plot, theme, and characters? Isn't that why movies like the Lion King, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and so on are all still loved to this day. I could watch all of those movies more than any of the Pixar ones (I love all Pixar ones as well, don't get me wrong). The point I'm trying to make is that if Disney puts their heart and soul into what they have been successful at (look at the early 90's), wouldn't they be better off spending that extra money to make something that will sell for a lifetime? The classics are classics, don't try making a new bread off of them by recreating them. I'm not saying all 2's are bad. Look at Toy Story 2. The story wasn't the same, the animation was as good or better. Disney can do this if they choose to. With one final thougt, I think its time to reiterate what Walt said, "It all started with a Mouse". The question is, where is that mouse, I don't see anymore Mickey Mouse cartoons, do you?
I remember that movie being VERY delayed, too... the Disney Channel Magazine (R.I.P.) listed it for a couple of month with times and a big "Postponed" stamp over the listing. That built a lot of excitement for that movie in me... They shouldn't mess with a 10 year-old kid like that!

Well, I'm sorta suprised that this has only been mentioned once breifly on someone's list. But i personally just could not stand Home On The Range. But then, maybe it hasn't been mentioned cuse it just needs to blocked from memory. (which would be easier if it wasn't in the back corner of DL....)
LOL soo funny I was just talking about Mother Goose Rock 'n' Rhyme tonight after watching a very - lost and confused Little Richard on the new Duets or something silly (blame lack of cable and nothin much on...) My sister and I LOVED that movie when we were kids. I'd love to have a copy of it on DVD it was so much fun - and now that I know who most of those artists were I think I'd enjoy it even more.
