    Disney unveils new time shares
Disney time shares are coming to the Animal Kingdom, with a plan for 458 units, the company said Wednesday.

According to Disney, the time shares will be a mix of new construction and renovated accommodations in part of the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They'll feature African-inspired details and most will offer views of a savannah inhabited by a variety of animals.

Disney historian Michael Broggie said the new time shares are a continuing affirmation of Walt Disney's decision to build in Central Florida.
Oh, come on! *shakes head disapprovingly*

At least the Contemporary is safe, for now.

I just hope they leave plenty of space for the animals. That's one of the main draws of the resort.

    It's disgusting. Really.

WDW is all about selling timeshares now.

I talked to someone at WDW today who said that this was 'a no brainer and due in large part to DAK Lodge not meeting occupancy projections.'

I HATE the idea. HATE it with a passion.

I am very tired of WDW becoming the Timeshare Kingdom of the World. I'm also tired of seeing deluxe resorts go the timeshare route.

This amazing Peter Dominick resort will now have people packing in from WalMart's SuperCenter with mac'n cheese and salisbury steak dinners to cook ... blech!

Nothing like timeshare to RUIN a world-class resort.

It would seem to me that you really don't know much about timeshares. just how does it ruin a resort?

WDW1974 doesn't like regular people (aka Tourists) to take away his bread. That's pretty much what it comes down to.
