Babes In Toyland!
Babes In Toyland!
I might have to add 'Misadventures of Merlin Jones' and "The Monkey's Uncle'. I always enjoyed those.
Too many favorites, but some of my top fav's:
-The Princess Diaries (movie #1)
-Ice Princess
-Pete's Dragon (I know the dragon was animated, but imo, it still counts)
-Mary Poppins (same as above)
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban

Pollyana, Swiss Family Robinson are at the top of my list. I really enjoyed most that were made during that era.
We used to watch all kinds of movies on Disney Channel in the early 80's that were awesome. We used to see movies like "Emil & The Detectives" 'the Horsemasters", "For the Love of Willadean", "Sammy The Way Out Seal".....so many I can't even list them.
There is another one about the Boston Tea Party - from like 1957 and I LOVE this movie and for the life of me, I can't think of the title! Can someone help?

I feel there is a certain magic to the movies that were released during Walt's life. They always seem to be my favorite.
POTC: The Curse of the black pearl
It would be hard for me to choose between these three all-time-favorites:
The Parent Trap!
Swiss Family Robinson
Pollyanna
Like everyone else, it's hard to pick a favorite.
I'll chime in with "Darby O' Gill and the Little People".
Amazing effects for the time period, and imaginative story! I watch it every St. Patrick's Day.
(can't leave without mentioning Mary Poppins either)
