My husnad has been watching Stephen Kings "IT" all day, when suddenly I looked down in the corner at the staion logo...and it is on ABC family. Up next is the Sixth Sense! Does that sound like "family" programming?
Yeah, they claim to be family-friendly but some of their programing isn't. I watch it for the occasional decent ABC Family original-movie and Gilmore Girls and Sabrina, The teenage Witch re-runs, because that is family friendly television.
If it's after 8pm on a weekday, it's not usually family-friendly. Weekends sometimes are and sometimes aren't.
If it's going to have the word 'Family" in it, it needs to have all family programing. At least one would think.
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban
I'm not a big fan of the network. There is this scary show that's on all the time. It has this scary old guy who keeps asking for money while saying mean things about people and predicting natural disasters and terrorist attacks. I can't remember what it is called, 700 something or other.
(This post does not necessarily reflect the viewpoints of the Disney Corporation, Micechat, and is actually sarcasm. You can ignore it if you so desire.)
I just love ABC Family, I kinda would say its family oriented, but that's just my opinion. I guess its a little step higher than the Disney Channel, and it has shows that the family may enjoy together, like 7th Heaven and Sabrina. So thats just my opinion.

No, not really, i'm not working on a signature, I just said that because my signature space looks empty.
But those aren't on until 10pm so the kiddies are in bed by then (or if not they should be).
I think......(smells smoke all around) they have them on all-day marathons every once in a blue moon too, but you're right it usually is on later at night, so the little ones should be tucked away, and off in the land of zzzzzzzzzzzzs.
