    Like "Shaun"? Don't miss "Hot Fuzz"

    Just got back from watching Hot Fuzz, the follow-up to Shaun of the Dead.

    I believe that the new film is ten times better than Shaun, and that film was a huge hit.

    Its about a policeman from central London being moved to the countryside because he is making is fellow officers look bad. It really is a fantastic film. I wasn't to enthusiastic about going, for various reasons, but I was really glad I went.

    I don't know when it will be released in America, but if I can remember correctly Shaun recieved a theatrical release so so should Hot Fuzz.

    Simon Pegg and Nick Frost were on Radio 1 today talking about the movie so I throught I'd go and see it.Just got back and so glad I did go see it very good movie, highly recomend to anyone who likes the humour from Shaun of the Dead,as this will not disapoint. Not sure I'd consider it better but certainly as good.Fans of Point Break and Bad Boys will also love the many references this film offers to both movies.

    Love Shaun of the Dead, just finally bought it on DVD. I hope we get Hot Fuzz here in the states, I would love to see it. Although, if it isn't a zombie movie then I can't see how it would be better than Shaun. Love me some zombie movies!

    April 20, limited release in the USA.

    A few things that baffle me about the USA;
    * Why do they not just release a film across the entire country
    * Why are major cities not connected with a train network
    * Why have such delights like In 'N' Out not been exported to other countries (namely the UK) yet we get crap like Burger King

    Pretty hypothetical to be honest, but you can answer if you want.

    The bigger issue is why don't we get more UK stuff here? It is insulting that they had to create a US version of The Office, when the original is 100% better. The US one I cannot even stomach, whereas I bought all the BBC stuff.

    Oh well.

    That's why I'm glad I live in Los Angeles, with Hollywood and Pasadena just a few minutes away from me. I'm sure they'll be showing it around my neck of the woods ... and I can't wait.

    Can't wait. I love Simon Pegg and Nick Frost

    Speaking of Shaun of the Dead, my favorite comedian lately is Dylan Moran. Ahhh, anyone else into him? He's probably old news to lots of people, but I'm in California. I bought my husband Black Books for Christmas. I enjoy it very much. I wish he would come here and do some stand-up.

    Ahaha! I love Dylan Moran. He's so grumpy.

    Black Books is an awesome series. Bill Bailey is another excellent actor from that who produces amazing stand up.
