New Disney Park Concept Art

Ok, I saw this on the 1/24/07 MiceChat roundup, and posted a question in a TDS forum, and no one answered. Does anyone know anything about the image below and/or have a higher rez picture?

This image was in the Annual Report for the Walt Disney Company shareholders.

I have a feeling that this is a Disney Sea concept for Florida. The little section above the waterfalls on the left looks like Mermaid Lagoon (which they have at Tokyo Disney Sea). So I doubt that this is the rumored 3rd park for Tokyo. Looks too big to be a 3rd park for Anaheim.

Note all the rivers and water leading away from the park at the bottom. Only the Orlando resort has that sort of room.

Just my gut feeling.

Thanks you guys. I used to get the Annual Report, and should still, as I'm still a stockholder, but I've moved so frequently I think they lost track of me!
